On the document activities menu, click SharePrivate Sharing.
In the Share dialog box, add the email address for the person you want to share the content with and click Add.
After adding email addresses, you can set access permissions for each email address.
To see the various accesses permitted, click the Access Level button and move your mouse over each access type on the left.
The Share Document dialog box displays the invitee status and allows you to add/remove invitees.
