Learn how to create a subassembly whose behavior varies depending upon specified conditions.

The following diagram explains the workflow for creating a conditional subassembly.

Use the menu bar to create a project, or open an existing PKT file.

Specify subassembly parameters in the settings and parameters panel.

Drag and drop geometry elements from the Tool Box onto the Flowchart.

Select each geometry element from the Flowchart, and modify its parameters in the Properties panel.

    Add a Decision or Switch
    • A Decision is used for two conditions.
    • A Switch is used when there are more than two conditions.

Add geometry elements to the decision or switch
Add the appropriate geometry elements under each condition.

Verify the geometry in the Preview panel.

Use the menu bar to save the subassembly.
