    • The records are not showing the most recent activities taking place?
      To refresh the records list to show updates of activities, click the List or Show All buttons to the right.
    • How can I view only the activities done by a specific user?
      The columns in can be sorted, simply click on the Field at the top to sort by that category.
    • Is there a quick way to load the most recent activitiy? For example, I want to see what the markup or most recent model uploaded looks like?
      Yes, the line items are live hyperlinks. To view a line item, simply double-click on it.
    • How do I subscribe to receive notices?
      To sign up for notices, click on your name in blue at the top and select Account Details from the drop down. Select the correct project so that it is highlighted in blue, then check the boxes of the activities you wish to be notified of. Be sure to click Save when you are done.  
    • Why is the Notices tab empty?
      The List button will refresh this tab to display a record of the notices that were sent. Currently, users need to subscribe to receive notifications in order to see what other notices were sent.
    • How do I change the Clash tolerance from centimeters to inches?
      April 2013 update: Click App menu > Options. Click Advanced tab for Linear Units, select Inches.
      pre-April 2013: In Tools, Options, change the Linear Measurement from Meters, centimeters to Feet, inches.
    • Can I save the combination of object I am selecting to use again at a later time?
    • April 2013 update: yes, the objects that are selected are saved as a Result Set. To rerun a clash analysis, select the Result Set name or the Clashes icon.
      pre-April 2013:Yes. Save the combination as a “Subset Pair.” Next time you wish to run a check on the same models, double-click on the subset name and Glue will automaticaly select the checkboxes for you. 
    • What is the difference between the List tab and the Matrix tab after I run a clash (pre-April 2013)?
      List provides users with the conventional way of reviewing clashes, that is one-by-one. The Matrix tab enables users to see the clashes organized by models enabling users to identify which models require the most attention. By clicking on one of the cells, Matrix will auto group the clashes by object.
    • How do I enter comments for clash groups that I selected in the Matrix tab (pre-April 2013)?
      After you have selected the boxes of the groups in Matrix, switch to the List tab and click on the empty cell directly above the check box of clash number 1. This will sort by checked clashes. Now you can enter the comments and click Save to save this as a clash report.
    • Where does the report go after I click Save?
      April 2013 update: Clash results are viewed in the Clashes module. In the toolbar, select Clashes.
      pre-April 2013: Saved clash reports can be reviewed in the Clash Reports tab. If you do not see it immediately, click the List button to refresh.
    • Can I print the clash report to have a hard copy (pre-April 2013)?
      Yes, click on the Print button to save the clash report as a PDF.
