Did Not Receive a Welcome Email?

No headers

If you did not receive a welcome email, it may be blocked.

Solution:

Ask your IT department to whitelist emails from Autodesk.

Use the Postini security and archive service to retrieve the welcome email.

Sign into Postini at https://login.postini.com/ and search for the glue invite with the subject “Welcome to Autodesk BIM 360 Glue” from bim360glue-notifications@autodesk.com.
Send the invitation to your inbox and approve the sender for all future emails.

mslavoieFri Oct 12, 2012 9:51 amSorry to hear you are having an issue. There may be a corporate firewall blocking the email. See Minimum Hardware and Software in the Frequently Asked Questions. Let us know if this resolves the issue.

mslavoieFri May 17, 2013 10:42 amwtanner, thanks for your question. Yes, you can send another invitation. Here are the steps:
In the main menu, select Admin.
Select Project members and then select +Add Project member.
In the Add Project Member dialog, enter the person's email and select the project. Click Send Invitation.
