Go to http://accounts.autodesk.com and enter your email and password.
- If you get a notice that “This email address is not associated with an Autodesk ID” then return to the BIM 360 Glue login page and click on “Need and Autodesk ID” below the email address.
- If you get a notice that “The password and Autodesk ID do not match” this means that you may have forgotten your password. Click “forgot password” to get an email sent to you to reset your password.
***If you do not receive an email shortly, check with your IT to be sure that the corporate firewalls are not blocking emails from Autodesk.com***
