    If you are having trouble logging into Autodesk BIM 360 Glue review the troubleshooting sections below to get started.  

    Do you have the Welcome Email from Autodesk BIM 360 Glue?

    • If Yes, then click on the link in the welcome email where it says click here (as shown below) and proceed to the next step.



       

    • If No,

    Did Glue launch on its own without having to do a manual install?

    • If Yes, proceed to the next step.

    • If No, note that the manual install only downloads the application and does not activate your account.

      Option 1: If you have Google Chrome, open the Welcome Email and right click on the here and Copy to clipboard. Paste the link in a new Chrome browser. When the pop up appears at the top, select "Run this time" (See image below).




      Option 2: If you only have Internet Explorer, you will need to update your Java (See image below).

    Did Glue attempt to "Check account invitation status"?

    • If Yes, proceed to the next step.
    • If No, close Glue and go back to the welcome email to re-launch it. When it gets to the login screen, wait for it to check account.

    Do you have an Autodesk ID?

    • If Yes, proceed to the next step.

    • If No, select "Need an Autodesk ID" and fill out the form.

    • "A user with the name already exists in the system" means that the Autodesk ID you have chosen is already taken. Try to enter a more unique ID such as your email address.

       

       


       

      • "The email already exists in the system" means that the email you are trying is already associated with an Autodesk ID. Navigate to https://accounts.autodesk.com and verify that the reset your password.


         

    Are you able to login?

    • If Yes, you are ready to get Glue'n!
    • If No, navigate to https://accounts.autodesk.com and verify that the Autodesk ID credentials you are using are correct and/or to change your password.
