| Opens the Copy Wizard, so you can copy the selected item within the same project or to another project. |

| Establish defaults for numbering and other attributes by project. See Module Customization for POCOS for more information. |

| Enables you to modify an item. |

| Quick Filter to search for an item with a specific value. |
|
| View the distribution history and access previous versions of the item. Locked documents cannot be edited so new versions are created. Previous versions are stored in History. This button is available in most modules. |
