Copies | Enables you to enter the number of copies being sent, or select to use the copies defined for the submitting companies or reviewers from Tracking. | Step 1 |
Due | The date on which the submittal is due. | Step 1 |
From | The sender of the Transmittal. Defaults to the logged-in user but can be changed. | Step 1 |
Link Submittal Package to Transmittal | Marking this checkbox links the Submittal Package to the Transmittal. | Step 1 |
To | The recipient of the Transmittal. A Transmittal is created for each unique contact listed. This field defaults to the Submitting Company Contact and all Reviewers. | Step 1 |
Notify | Marking this checkbox notifies the recipients of the transmittal by message (and optionally email). | Step 1 |
Reason | The value in this field is derived from the Transmittal Item Reason Lookup Table. | Step 1 |
Subject | The subject of the Transmittal. Defaults to the Package you are transmitting. | Step 1 |
