Click the Favorites button next to the Favorite Employees Lookup Table. A separate browser window opens with a list of employees.
When a large number of employees are displayed in the list, it may be useful to use the Filtering tools to modify the list. Up to two filters can be applied to the list at one time.
The list can be sorted (ascending or descending) by any column whose heading text is underlined. The list is, by default, limited to displaying only 20 employees at a time.
Users may Employees a different number of employees (or all employees) with the Show...items at a time Lookup Table.
Select the desired employees by clicking the corresponding box for each in the Favorite column.
Click Save button to record your changes. When you click Save:The system adds c
hecked items to your favorites list.
Unchecked items are removed from your favorites list.
Use the Sel (select) column to pick one item, add it to your favorites, and jump to that employee. The browser automatically closes. Otherwise,
Click Close to close the additional browser and return to your previous module.
