Troubleshooting Bookmarks

    Make sure that you have entered the bookmark into your document exactly as it appears in the Current List of Bookmarks. If you are using the same bookmark several times in one document, make sure that you have entered a 1, 2, 3, and so on, after each use of the bookmark.

    If your bookmarks are entered correctly and you are still experiencing problems with your document templates, please call Autodesk Customer Support at 1-800-892-0449.
