The Select Projects pop-up allows you to enter search criteria to locate a specific project. The availability of the buttons is based on your Project Details permissions.
The following table contains the Selecting Project fields descriptions.

City | The city where the project is based. |
Div. | Lists the division to which the project is assigned, if applicable. |
Division | Enables you to select a division as part of your search criteria.

Include Only | Favorite Projects: Search for projects that are listed in your Favorites. Dashboard Projects: Search for projects that are available in your Dashboard. See Selecting Favorite Projects for additional information. Projects with “Commercial Division” Cost Code: Search for projects with the “Commercial Division” Cost Code. This option is available only when selecting a project for the Cost to Complete (CTC) report. Projects with “Constructware Legacy” Ledger Template: Search for project with the “Constructware Legacy” Ledger Template. This option is available only when selecting a project for the Cost to Complete (CTC) report. |
Include Projects not Assigned To a Division | Includes projects that are not assigned to a division.
