Navigation: Personal Organizer
Personal Calls
The Personal Calls module allows users to document telephone calls placed and received. You can document both parties on the telephone conversation. Calls entered by the user display in the Personal Calls module and, if the calls are related to a project and are marked non-confidential, they display in the Project Calls module as well.
By logging phone calls (outgoing and incoming) in Constructware, all information is stored centrally and can be shared with other users of Constructware.
Additionally, you can mark entries they generate for follow-up. Items that are overdue have a flag displayed next to them in the log, consistent with its use in other modules.
You cannot link calls not associated with projects to other documents.
