Personal Outbox Buttons

The following table contains the Personal Outbox button descriptions.

Permissions: All CW Users

Button	Description
	Enables you to remove the follow-up flag for the message.
	Enables you to flag the message for follow-up.
	Enables you to forward the selected document and information. This action opens the Send Wizard.
	Enables you to create a new Personal Outbox record. This action opens the Send Wizard
	Enables you to reply to the selected item. This action opens the Send Wizard. Replying to the message includes the document information only.
	Enables you to reply to all parties in the selected item. This action opens the Send Wizard. Replying to the message will include the document information only.
	Access to the Personal Organizer category in the Reports module. This button is available only for users with the appropriate permission.
	Opens the Send Confirmation. Clicking the button in the Open column on the Send Confirmation page allows you to open the drawing locally in the appropriate application, if the message has a document attached to it. See the “Open Function” portion of Constructware Functions to learn more about the possible application options.
	Opens a floating menu listing available action types you can perform on the documents attached to the message. The action options available depend on the document type and your permission level for the document-related module.
