Bid Type | Enables you to select values such as Competitive, Negotiated, and so on. The values of this field are derived from the Bid Type Lookup Table. See Lookup Tables for more information. |
| Default Contact | Click the Quick Add button e to type a string of characters and then click Add. The system displays the exact match, if found. If no exact match is found, the standard contact dialog displays so you can select from the matches that were found, or enter additional search criteria. |
Delivery Type * | This drop-down list allows you to select types such as General Contracting, Design Build, Construction Management, and so on. The values of this field are derived from the Delivery Type Lookup Table. See Lookup Tables for more information. |
Parent Project | Select the Parent Project Name and select the appropriate checkboxes. This field is visible only if Parent-Child project relationships are enabled to separate certain information into Child Projects and allow roll-up of that information to the Parent level. The following modules are enabled for Parent/Child capability: ASIs, CCDs, CCOs, Contracts, Correspondences, Cost Events, Cost Items, Design Reviews, Drawings, Invoices, OCOs, POs, POCOs, RCOs, RFIs, and RFQs. |
Payment Type | Enables you to select payment types such as Cost Plus, Lump Sum, and so on. The values of this field are derived from the Payment Type Lookup Table. See Lookup Tables for more information. |
Project Grouping | User-defined drop-down list. This field can be used to define project locations geographically or functions such as construction or engineering. The values of this field are derived from the Project Grouping Lookup Table. See Lookup Tables for more information. |
Project Type * | The type of project, such as, Addition, Government, and so on. The values of this field are derived from the Project Type Lookup Table. See Lookup Tables for more information. |
Projected Project Value * | Represents the estimated current job total from a business development perspective. |
Owner Financing | |
Status | Enables you to select values such as Approved, On Hold, and so on. The values of this field are derived from the Finance Status Lookup Table. See Lookup Tables for more information. |
Type | Enables you to select values such as Bank, Bond, Private, and so on. The values of this field are derived from the Finance Type Lookup Table. See Lookup Tables for more information. |

Always Use Project... | Checkbox for indicating whether the Project Logo should appear on project documents. |
Display on Website | This checkbox determines whether the project displays on the website as a current project. |
Notes | Multi-line text box to capture any relevant notes. |
Project Directory | Indicates the location of a system created project file folder on the clients data directory. |
Project Logo | Drop-down list that contains any uploaded logos. |
