Creating a Mail List

    To create a mail list:

    1. Navigate to: Project InformationProject Team.
    2. Click the Team Members tab.
    3. Click Mail List.
    4. Click OK.
    5. Select FileSave As from the menu to save the *.htm file to your drive.
    6. Open the document in your word processor to create your mail merge file.
