The Project Utilities module interacts with the following modules:
Project Details: All new projects must be entered into Projects/Project Details. Project Details contains two fields for Primary Phone and Primary Fax number. When creating a new project and entering a Primary Phone and Fax in Project Details, corresponding records are created in Project Utilities. Additional Project Utility records can display in these drop-down menus in Project Details by selecting the Available in Project Details option on the New/Edit Project Utility pop-up window.
Project Inbox: Constructware gives users the ability to receive inbound faxes into the Project Inbox. A project utility record is designated as the inbound fax number for the project.
