| Available Reports | Displays the existing custom report that can be included in the aggregate report. This field displays only for aggregate reports. | General tab |

Created By | Denotes the creator of the document. | General tab Auto tab |

Exportable | Indicates if the document can be exported. | Auto tab |
| Modified By | Displays the name of the user who last modified the report. | General tab |
Notification (Icon) | Displays all reports that previously were requested to be moved to the Standard and/or Project tabs. This allows you to sort and bring all requested reports forward. | |
Orientation | The reports orientation: Portrait or Landscape. The selected orientation is respected for Custom reports. | Favorites tab Project tab Multi-Project tab Custom tab Templates tab |
Owner | Constructware indicates that Constructware created the report. Client indicates that the client created the report. | Favorites tab Standard tab Project tab Multi-Project tab Custom tab |

| Paper Orientation | The orientation of the report: Portrait or Landscape. | General tab |

Recipients | Lists the recipients of the documents. | Auto tab |

| Reports to Add | Displays the custom reports that have been selected for inclusion in the aggregate report. This field displays only for aggregate reports. | General tab |
Show Own Only | This checkbox is selected by default. It filters only those custom reports you own. | |

Show Voided | Selecting this checkbox displays voided reports. | |
State (Icon) | Indicates whether the report is New or Void. | |
| Status Date | The date the status was last updated. | |
