Project Calls
The Project Calls module allows users to document telephone calls placed and received that are associated with a particular project.
By logging phone calls (outgoing and incoming) in Constructware, all information is stored centrally and may be shared with other users of Constructware.
You also have the ability to generate Letters of Confirmation from Calls entries. This will be provided through the use of Form Letters in the module. Additionally, you can mark entries they generate for follow-up. Items that are overdue will have a flag displayed next to them in the log, consistent with its use in other modules.
Calls created by the current user are displayed in their Personal Calls log and, if the calls are related to a project and marked non-confidential, they are displayed in the Project Calls log as well.
