Project Outbox Interactions

The Project Outbox module interacts with the following modules:

Messaging Inbox: Items that are marked Confidential when using the Send Wizard and any notifications related to a project document will be displayed.

Personal Outbox: Confidential items display in the Personal Outbox log.

Project Inbox: The Project Inbox lists any project-specific message, email or fax received from within Constructware using the Send Wizard or a notification function.

Project Tasks: Tasks are listed in your Project Outbox Users when:

• You assign a Task
• You accept a Task
• You reject a Task
• You complete a Task (if Task Owner chose notification options).
• You update information on a Task.
