Attaching an Alternate
To attach an alternate:
- Navigate to: Bid Management
Alternates. - Select the appropriate Project.
- Select the Alternate you want to attach.
- Click Attach.
- The Attach Alternate window opens.

- Create an attachment or add the selected Alternate to an existing attachment per the following steps.
Create a New Attachment
To create an attachment:
- Select Create a new Attachment.
- Click Save.
- The Create New Attachment window opens.
- Fill out the appropriate information on the form.
- Click Select to select the documents to link from the Primary Item Linked Documents field.
- The document selection pop-up window opens.
- Select the Document Type from the drop-down.
- Select the appropriate documents.
- Repeat Steps 5 and 6 until you finish adding all documents.
- Click Close.
- The document selection pop-up window closes.
- Select the Recipients.
- Click Save/Close.
Add an Alternate to an Existing Attachment
To add an alternate to an existing attachment:
- Select Add the Alternate to existing Attachment.
- Select a project attachment listed in the log or filter to locate an Attachment.
- Click Save.
