When you click New or select an existing Bid Package and click Edit, the Bid Packages New/Edit window displays. The following tabs are on this window:
General Tab
You use the General tab to enter information for new Bid Package or edit information on an existing Bid Package.
Details Tab
You use the Details tab to enter or edit information about the bid package, including project CSI codes, scope of work, scheduled requirements, and exclusions.
Scope Items Tab
You use the Scope Items tab to:
- Indicate any amounts to add to the total
- Determine if the Bid Matrix form will include an option to insert a value to compensate for a difference in scope
- Assign the budget code
- Indicate any scope items to add to any contracts or purchase orders
- Indicate any amounts to add to the total
- Indicate who created the scope item
- Select the data type
Bid Matrix Tab
Use the Bid Matrix tab to determine the order in which the bids appear and indicate the company recommended to receive the award.
