You can also access Bid Packages from Bid Solicitations.
Adding Alternates to the Bid Package
To add alternates to the bid package:
- Navigate to: Bid Management
Bid Packages. - Select the Project you want to edit.
- Select a Bid Solicitation.
- Click Edit.
- Click the Details tab.
- Click the Select button for Alternates.
- A new window opens displaying the available Alternates.
- Click the gray Select button next to each Alternate you want to add.
- Click Close when finished.
