Copying/Adding Scope Items

You can copy Scope Items from another project or Bid Package into the current Bid Package for the project using the Add Items button.

To copy/add scope items:

1. Navigate to: Bid ManagementBid Packages.
2. Select a Bid Package.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click the Scope Items tab.
5. Click Add Items.

   

6. Select the Project from the Project drop-down.
7. Select a Bid Package to add items.
8. Click the orange Next button.

   

9. Select the checkbox next to the Scope Items you want to Add to the Bid Package.
10. Select the Numbering preference of Renumber Items or Keep the Above Item Numbers.
11. Click the green Finish checkmark button.
