The following table contains the Bid Solicitations buttons, descriptions of the buttons, and the permissions required to be able to use the buttons.

| Click the Push Down button to use the same value for all Design Reviews. Enter the value in the top field and then click the Push Down button to display the value in the same field for the other entries. | Administrator Change |

| Click the Quick Add button to add contacts and companies to your document quickly. When you click the button, the Quick Add pop up displays so you can type a string of characters and then click Add. If there is no exact match, the standard contact dialog box displays so you can select from the matches found, or enter additional search criteria. Enter the text in the form of "firstname lastname (company)". If you enter only one word, it is considered to be a last name. Anything entered between parentheses is considered to be a company name. Note: If you are using a project-specific document, the contact names default to the members of the project team. | Administrator Change |
