Creating a Bid Solicitation

To create a bid solicitation:

1. Navigate to: Bid ManagementBid Solicitations.
2. Click New.
3. Complete the fields on the General tab.
   • Adding a name in the Responsible field provides contact information for the vendors.
4. Click Save.
5. Continue with the following procedures:
   • Adding Bid CSI Codes (Recommended)
   • Adding Bidders
   • Creating a Bid Package (Optional)
   • Sending a Bid Solicitation
