    The following table contains the Meetings buttons, descriptions of the buttons, location in which the buttons appear in the module, and the permissions required to be able to use the buttons.

    Opens the Form Letter Wizard, so you can create a Correspondence about a CCD using a pre-defined Form Letter.

    There must be an active form letter setup record in Data Maintenance Form Letter Setup for this button to be accessible.

    Opens the History pop-up window to allow you to view the Distribution History of the selected document.

    You can view any sent documents, the recipients, the document send date, and confirmation of receipt (time/date stamping, and so on).

    Clicking on the button in the Open column allows you to open the document locally in the appropriate application. If the meeting has linked documents, the file name is hyperlinked and listed in the Document column. Click the link to open the document.

    Click the Push Down button to use the same value for all Design Reviews. Enter the value in the top field and then click the Push Down button to display the value in the same field for the other entries. Main log

    Click the Quick Add button to add contacts and companies to your document quickly. When you click the button, the Quick Add pop-up displays so you can type a string of characters and then click Add. If there is no exact match, the standard contact dialog displays so you can select from the matches that found, or enter additional search criteria. Enter the text in the form of “firstname lastname (company)”. If you enter only one word, the system considers it a last name. Anything entered between parentheses is considered to be a company name. Note: If you are using a project-specific document, the contact names default to the members of the project team. Edit

    Opens the Select Meeting View pop-up window. Choose to view the Minute Items, the Agenda Items, or the Sign-In Sheet.

    The Minutes radio button is clicked by default if the Meeting is in the past. The Agenda radio button is selected by default if the meeting is in the future.

    If you do not have permission to edit the selected meeting, and you are not the Prepared By or Meeting Organizer, and if the Agenda or the Minutes are marked In Progress (Draft), you cannot view the items.
