Copying Agenda Items into Minutes

    To copy agenda items into minutes:

    1. Navigate to: Document ManagementMeetings.
    2. Select the meeting of which you want to copy the agenda items.
    3. Click Edit.
    4. Click the Minutes tab.
    5. Click Copy Agenda Items on the toolbar.
      • Step 1 of the Copy Wizard opens.
    6. Select the items you want to copy.
    7. Optionally, select the Copy Agenda Details checkbox to copy the details.
    8. Click Continue.
      • The agenda items are copied and display on the Minutes tab.
