The following table contains the Permits field descriptions, along with the location in which the fields appear in the module.

Expires | The date on which the One Call expires. A default time span between “Active” and “Expires” that you can define in Module Customization. The default is 7 days. | One Call Items tab |

Inspectors | Opens the Contact Select pop-up window. Inspectors are contacts who inspect the work in the field to be sure it is being carried out in accordance with codes and regulations. Click the Quick Add button to type a string of characters and then click Add. The system displays the exact match, if found. One Call Center | The One Call List lists Call Centers by state with their phone numbers. Constructware maintains this list. A nationwide 811 telephone number is available for selection in the drop-down box. | One Call Edit pop-up |
