Editing a One Call Item

    To edit a one call item:

    1. Navigate to: Document ManagementPermits.
    2. Select the Permit with the One Call Item you want to edit.
    3. Click Edit.
    4. Click the One Call Items tab.
    5. Select the One Call Item you want to edit by clicking the corresponding radio button.
    6. Click Edit.
      • The Edit One Call Item pop-up window opens.
    7. Make any necessary changes. See Permits Fields for more information.
      • Selecting a Call Center from the Once Call Center drop-down list displays one or two phone numbers underneath the Call Center Name.
    8. Click one of the Save buttons.
