Creating a Punch List Item

    To create a punch list item:

    1. Navigate to: Document ManagementPunch Lists.
    2. Click New.
    3. Enter the information in the fields. See Punch Lists Fields for more information.
    4. Click Assign New.
    5. Select a company from the list of companies that displays in a second browser window.
      • Users with the Approve permission can complete the Amount, Complete Date, and Approved Date fields at any time.
    6. Click Save on the toolbar.
