To create a punch list item:
- Navigate to: Document ManagementPunch Lists.
- Click New.
- Enter the information in the fields. See Punch Lists Fields for more information.
- Click Assign New.
- Select a company from the list of companies that displays in a second browser window.
- Users with the Approve permission can complete the Amount, Complete Date, and Approved Date fields at any time.
- Click Save on the toolbar.
