    RFIs can be affected from within the following modules:

    Module NameDescription

    ASIs

    Users can reference an ASI within the RFI module.

    Attachments

    RFIs that are attached to another document can also be viewed from the Binders module.

    Cost Events

    The RFI module contains a Process button for all users. It allows users with Change permission or greater in Cost Events to create a Cost Event or add Cost Items to an existing Cost Event.

    CW Desktop - Recent Documents

    On this tab, located on the CW Desktop log, you can see all documents (that are available to you based on your permission) that have been created or changed across modules in a given timeframe. You can also take action on these documents. The available action options depend on the document type and the document-related module permissions.

    Dashboard

    You can run queries on RFI-related data.

    Event Letter Setup

    You can create event letters for RFIs using the Event Letter Setup module in the Correspondence module.

    Form Letter Setup

    Users can create Form Letters about a specific RFI that will create a correspondence in the Correspondence module.

    Issues

    Module customizations allow you to set defaults and set up workflow routing, where applicable, for the RFI business processes.

    Project Defaults

    Additional Location fields are defined in the Project Defaults module.
