Tracking Reviewing Company Data

    Tabbed Tracking Procedure

    To track reviewing company data:

    1. Navigate to: Document ManagementSubmittals.
    2. Select your project from the Favorite Projects drop-down menu.
    3. Click the Packages tab.
      • Optionally, click the Items tab. (Items must be in a package to be tracked).
    4. Click the radio button that corresponds to the submittal package you want to track.
    5. Click Tracking.
    6. Click the Reviewers tab.
    7. Mark the checkbox(es) that corresponds to the item(s) you want to enter tracking data for.
    8. Click Refresh or View to view existing tracking data (optional).
    9. Enter the appropriate data.
      • Ensure the checkbox to the left of each data field you enter is unmarked for fields in which you did not enter data.
    10. Click Save.
    11. Click Lock Response to prevent your response or notes from being modified.Reviewers typically use t
      • his feature in a collaborative environment to prevent anyone editing their responses or notes.
      • This action marks the following fields as read only: Notified, Received, Copies Received, Response Due, Responded, and Review Notes.
    12. Repeat Steps 8 11 until you review each item.
    13. Click Save/Close.

    To track a different Package, enter the search information in the Search for field and click the Find button.

    • The Results drop-down box populates with each item that matches the search criteria you entered.
    • The first match is automatically selected and the details of that match populate the table.

    Grid Tracking Procedure

    To track review company data:

    1. Navigate to: Document ManagementSubmittals.
    2. Select your project from the Favorite Projects drop-down menu.
    3. Click the Packages tab.
      • Optionally, click the Items tab. (Items must be in a package to be tracked).
    4. Click the radio button that corresponds to the Submittal Package you want to track.
    5. Click Tracking.
    6. Click the Tracking tab.
    7. Enter the applicable information as described in Submittal Tab Tracking Fields.
      • Entering information in the data input fields in the column headers and clicking the Push-Down Arrow button "pushes" the entered information into the corresponding blank fields of all items listed.
      • Entering information in the data input fields in the column headers of the Submitting Company row and clicking the Push-Down Arrow button "pushes" the entered information into the corresponding fields of all items listed for that Submitting Company.
    8. Click Save/Close.

    To track a different Package, enter the search information in the Search for field and click the Find button.

    • The Results drop-down box is populated with each item that matches the search criteria you entered.
    • The system automatically selects the first match and the details of that match populate the table.
