Transmittals Icons

The following table contains descriptions of the Transmittals icons.

Location: Main Log

Icon	Description
	Indicates that the selected document is an item in at least one attachment. Available to users with at least View permission to Attachments.
	Indicates that the state of the selected document is "Active".
	Indicates that the state of the selected document is "Draft".
	Indicates that the state of the selected document is "Void".
	Indicates that the state of the selected document is "Locked".
	Lists the current version number of the selected document. Clicking the hyperlinked version number opens the History pop-up window.
	Enables you to view and enter comments about the selected document. Clicking the icon opens the Comments pop-up window.
	Enables you to view notes about the selected document.
