Processing a Document

    To process a Document:

    1. Navigate to: Personal OrganizerCW Desktop.
    2. Click the Recent tab.
    3. Select a project.
    4. If you want to process documents other than the displayed defaults:
      • Select the time frame criteria for which you want to list recent documents created or modified.
      • Click Refresh to update the displayed list of documents based on your criteria.
    5. Select the document on which you want to take action.
    6. Click the Take Action icon.
    7. Select the Process option from the floating menu.
