Creating a Comment

    1. Navigate to: Cost ManagementCost Event.
    2. Select the appropriate project.
    3. Select the appropriate RCO with the radio button.
    4. Click Comments.
    5. Select the New button at the top of the page.
    6. Select the checkbox if you want to be notified of future comments on this thread.
    7. Enter any comment you want to add.
    8. NO LABEL Select the contact to whom the comment is directed.
    9. Select the checkbox to indicate whether to notify the recipients by a Constructware message only or by a Constructware message and an external email.
    10. Click Save.
      • You can also add comments to a recently created or modified document by navigating to the Personal OrganizerCW DesktopRecent Tab.
