Modifying an Existing Cost Item

    Option 1 (Preferred)

    To modify an existing Cost Item:

    1. From the Items tab of the effected Documents module, select the Item to edit and click Edit.
    2. Edit the fields as discussed in Creating a Cost Item.

    Option 2 (Alternate)

    To modify an existing Cost Item:

    1. From the Cost Items Log page, click Edit on the toolbar.
      • The Edit Cost Item page displays. From this page, you can enter and edit information.
      • You can also edit a recently created or modified document by navigating to the Personal OrganizerCW DesktopRecent Tab.
