Contractor Change Reqs Buttons

    The following table contains the Contractor Change Reqs buttons, descriptions of the buttons, and the permissions required to be able to use the buttons.

    Allows a user to change the State of the Request to “Approved”.

    Allows you to associate a Contractor Change Request with one or more other documents. This action creates an attachment that can be viewed in the Attachment module.

    Allows the user to create Cost Item, enabling them to begin processing the change order to either an RCO for owner review, or an internal change.

    Allows you to modify a Contractor Change Request that has not been submitted.

    Opens the History pop-up window to allow you to view the Distribution History of the selected document.

    You can view any sent document, the recipients, the date on which the document was sent, and confirmation of receipt (time/date stamping, and so on).

    Creates a new Contractor Change Request.

    Allows a user to change the State of the Request to “Rejected”.

    Allows you to access the CCR section of the Reports module.

    For example, you can run the Contract Overview report, which allows you to view Contract, CCOs, and Bonded Insurance information on one report.

    Allows a user to answer the contractor directly, and to update the status or state.
