Notification | Contacts to notify about this response. | Response |
Notify | Marking this checkbox notifies the contacts of the Contractor RFI by Constructware message and email. The contacts must actually open the message to view the document. This action is different from clicking the Send button, which actually sends the Contractor RFI directly. | Create New / Edit |
Reason for Request | Enables you to select a value for the Reason for Request field. The values for this project-specific Lookup Table are defined in the Lookup Tables module. | Create New / Edit Response |
Recommendation | The recommendation for this RFI. | Create New / Edit Response |
Reference No. | Enables you to enter another reference number for the RFI. | Create New / Edit Response |
Responded | The date on which the response to the RFI was entered. | Main log |

Response By | Person who responds to the RFI. Select from a list of names you identified on the RFI Edit page. | Response |

RFI | Hyperlinked RFI number if the Contractor RFI was processed into a formal RFI. | Main log |
Status | Enables you to select a value for the Status field. The values for this Lookup Table are defined in the Lookup Tables module. | Main log Response |
