No headers The following table contains the Document Templates field descriptions and the locations in which the fields display in the module.

Accessible by - Division | Indicates the division that has permission to access the template. This data field is not available if the template is restricted. | New/Edit Document Template |
Alias | Unique name for the template assigned to your project. | Project Templates tab |
Default | Indicates that the template is the default for the project. This column is not available for modules that use the Module Customization function. | Project Templates tab |
Default | This checkbox is available only for the templates of those modules that have the Module Customization functionality. | New/Edit Document Template |
File | Enables you to upload an updated file for the template. If this field is left blank, the name defaults to the file name without the extension. | New/Edit Document Template |
Filename | The file name of the template. | Templates tab |
Last Modified | Indicates the date this document was last modified. | Templates tab Sample Templates tab Project Templates tab |
Module | Displays the name of the module the template is used for. It indicates the document type. | New/Edit Document Template |

Password | Enter a password, if this template is password-protected. | Templates tab New/Edit Document Template |
Projects | Clicking the View button in this column allows you to view the name of the project(s) this template is assigned to. The No View button means that the template is not assigned to any specific project(s). | Templates tab Project Templates tab |
Restricted | Indicates that the template is not available for general use unless explicitly assigned to a project. | Templates tab New/Edit Document Template Project Templates tab |
State | Indicates whether the template is active or whether it is a draft template not currently assigned to the selected project. The default is set to Draft. - Draft: A document template that has been uploaded and is available for viewing only. Not available for use within the product.
- Active: A document template that is active and ready for use in the product.
- Void: A document template that is no longer available for use within the product. You can also view this using the sample data.
