Creating a New Form Letter

    To create a form letter:

    1. Navigate to: MaintenanceData MaintenanceForm Letter Setup.
    2. Click New.
    3. Enter the information appropriate for each field.
      • To enter a bookmark into a Correspondence field, click Add Items. A pop-up window opens that allows you to add bookmarks to the Correspondence fields.
    4. Either click Select for the bookmark and field you want to populate, or drag and drop the bookmark directly into the field.
      • You can also manually type the bookmark into the field.
      • Important: For the bookmark to populate during completion of the Form Letter wizard, it must be typed exactly as shown in the Add Items pop-up, including brackets. If there is not an exact match, the bookmark is not populated, and displays as shown on the Form Letter edit page.
    5. Click one of the Save buttons.
