Voiding a Lookup Table Value

Voiding a value prevents the value from being selected within a module.

To void a lookup table value:

1. Navigate to: MaintenanceData MaintenanceLookup Tables.
   • Click Edit.
2. Select the Lookup Table name from the drop-down menu, if not already selected.
3. Click the radio button corresponding to the value you want to void.
4. Click Void.
   • An alternate method is to edit the value and change the State to Void.
