In addition to the columns available on the Company-wide Values tab, the Project Values tab includes a Restrict and Projects column. The Values tab lists all of the values associated with the selected lookup table, their Sort Order, their state, and whether they are restricted. Client-wide lookup tables refer to those tables whose values apply to all projects and are denoted by not having an “X” in the Restricted column.
The user builds this list and can use values that are both client-wide and restricted. If the Project Values tab has no values, the Lookup Table value drop-down list within the module displays client-wide values only.
