The Budget Templates module interacts with the following modules:
Budget: The project budget lists and tracks the cost items associated with a project by budget code.
Cost Code Templates: Each budget is based on a given Cost Code Template, which defines the format of the code (for example, xx-xxxx-xxx)
Ledger Templates: Each budget is based on a given Ledger Template, which defines the columns used to track funds.
