Module customization enables you to set defaults and set up workflow routing, where applicable, for the Bid Packages business processes. There are two types of defaults:
Available customization choices at the Project level are similar to the Client level, with a few exceptions.
Establish the numbering format.
Establish defaults for Bid Packages attributes as described in the following table.
Only users with Change or better permission for the Module Customization can change the Masking and Labeling settings.

| Bid Matrix Order By | Determines the order in which the bids will appear. |
| Closed | Marking this checkbox indicates that the job is closed to further bids. |
| Date | The date on which the Bid Package was created. |
| Description | A description of the Bid Package or Scope Item. |
| Exclusions | Items not included in the Scope of Work. |
| No. | The numbering method established Bid Packages in Module Customization by an Administrator. |
| Other 1 | Use this field as desired. Use Module Customization to enter instructions in the field for how you want to use the field. |
| Other 2 | Use this field as desired. Use Module Customization to enter instructions in the field for how you want to use the field. |
| Other 3 | Use this field as desired. Use Module Customization to enter instructions in the field for how you want to use the field. |
| Schedule Requirements | The timeline for the project. |
| Scope of Work | The detailed Scope of Work for this document. This field is an unlimited-length field and can be used as a bookmark to populate a document template. |
| State | Indicates whether the document is Active, Draft, or Void. |
| Status | The status of the Bid Package. Examples: Open, Closed, Awarded, and so on. This value is derived from the Bid Package Status Lookup Table. |
