|Category||The materials category (example, concrete).|
|Cause||Select if the reason for the General Non-Work Day was because of a Holiday or due to bad weather.|
The report date. Defaults to the current date.
The date on which the material was received.
The date on which the visit took place.
The date on which the quality citation was issued.
Establishes a default value for the daily report date.
|Document Template||Lists the active templates (system and document) for daily reports.|
|Issued By||The name of the person who reported the deficiency. This field defaults to the current user.|
|Item Type||The type of equipment (for example, steam roller).|
|Labor Type||The type of labor being performed by this Personnel Type.|
|Non Work Day||Indicates whether the day is a non work day (for example, a Saturday or Sunday).|
|Notes||Establishes a default text for the Notes section of the Daily Report. There is one notes field for each tab, except the Weather tab.|
|Noticed By||The contact who noticed the safety incident.|
|Personnel Type||The type of personnel present on the job site (example, foreman, worker).|
|Quick Report / Notes||Enables you to enter additional notes about the daily report.|
|Precipitation Units||Indicates the precipitation units in inches or centimeters. Defaults to Inches.|
|Received Against PO||This checkbox displays only if a PO for the project exists. Select this checkbox to indicate that the material is received against a PO.|
|Reference No.||Can be used as a number for reference to another application.|
|Required By||The date by which the safety issues must be resolved.|
The shift for which the report was generated:
Indicates the state of the daily report. Defaults to Active. Options include:
|Status||The status of the equipment (for example, active).|
|Source||The source that supplies the equipment.|
|Temperature Units||Determines the unit of measure for measure temperature. Defaults to Fahrenheit.|
The time at which the material was received.
The time of the visit.
The time of the safety incident.
|Type||Indicates the type of daily report, such as Architect, Owner, Contractor, and Subcontractor.|
|Units per Worker||The number of units assigned per worker. This number is multiplied by the No. of Workers to determine the Labor Units.|
|UOM||The unit of measure.|
|Visibility Units||The units for visibility. Defaults to Miles.|
|Visitor Company||The name of the visitor's company.|
|Visitor Name||The name of the visitor.|
|Wind Speed Units||Determines the unit of measure for measuring wind speed in Daily Reports. Defaults to mph.|
|Weather Site||Options for getting weather. Defaults to Get Constructware Weather on Select.|
