Create, edit, activate/deactivate, and remove users in the database. Individual user permissions can be changed.
Create a template for typical permissions (for example, architect, engineer, subcontractor). Creating Profiles saves time in the user setup process.
List All Users
Displays, in a log format, all users and information about them such as last log in date and time. Multiple sorting functions may be performed.
Create login aliases. By using login aliases and different logos, users who log into the site will have a customized look (splash screen) for their own division within the company.
Edit the splash screen announcement that is viewed when a module has not been selected.
Globally change the permissions to selected modules for a group of users.
Quick User Setup
A convenient way to quickly create new users by adding new companies and associated contacts, login information and initial projects the user will access as team members. This module is available for users with Requisition or higher permission.
