Feedback Review User can review all feedback items entered into the system and can designate routing of these feedback items to certain individuals. | Granted only by a Supervisor or by a user with Grant Supervisor permission. Change - User can review all feedback items entered into the system and can designate routing of these feedback items to certain individuals. View - User can view all feedback items and can view the names of individuals that will be notified by particular feedback items, but can not edit this information. None - User cannot access the Feedback modules. |
User Account Mgt. User is able to manage user accounts. Only the Supervisor can grant this permission. This permission should be granted with care. | Granted only by a Supervisor or by a user with Grant Supervisor permission. Change - User is able to create new user accounts, change any user's permissions, and view all users' passwords (with the exception of the Supervisory login). Requisition - User can create new user accounts and assign permissions using profiles, but the account will not be active until a user with change permission or the Supervisor activates the account. View - User is able to view user accounts and user permissions but cannot edit this information. None - User cannot access account management screens. |
Faxing One way of sending documents or messages into one simple interface, the Send Wizard. Faxing must be enabled for your Constructware site for this permission to be granted. | Granted only by a Supervisor or by a user with Grant Supervisor permission. Initiate - User has access to the Fax function. None - User cannot access the Fax function. |
Constructware Manuals Constructware offers the Project Manager, Architect, Owner, and Contractor manuals on-line for clients with a manual agreement in place. | Granted only by a Supervisor or by a user with Grant Supervisor permission. View - User has access to all Constructware manuals if the company has purchased a license for manuals. None - Users do not have access to the Constructware manuals. |
Parent/Child Administration “Parent-Child Projects” is an optional feature available in Constructware that allows for certain types of project information to be divided into one or more levels as child projects (or grandchild, etc.) of a parent project. | Granted only by a Supervisor or by a user with Grant Supervisor permission. Change - User with Change permission to Projects has access to the “Parent-Child Project” function. None - User cannot access the “Parent-Child Project” function. |

| Grant Supervisor Permission User can grant other users the ability to grant supervisor permissions to users. | Granted only by a Supervisor or by a user with Grant Supervisor permission. Administrator - User can see and grant any of the Site Supervisor permissions (including this permission) from anywhere in Constructware (permissions, profiles, assign permissions, and so on). In a site, the Supervisor must first grant this permission to another user. From then on, the permissions can be granted from user to user, as long as the user granting permission has this new permission. None - User does not have access to the Grant Supervisor Permission. |
