To reset a user’s signature image PIN:
- Navigate to: MaintenanceUser MaintenanceUsers.
- Use the Filter to locate the user.
- Click Edit.
- Click Reset PIN.
- The Image PIN and Confirm PIN fields clear.
- Enter the new PIN in the Image PIN and Confirm PIN fields.
- Click Save or Close.
- The system notifies the user through email and message that their PIN has been reset.
