Users can be allowed access to any module based on permissions. Profiles are the simplest, most consistent way to establish User permissions.
Users: When creating a new user account, you can select a Profile to assign permission to every module at once for that user.
Quick User Setup: The option to select a Profile is also available when using the Quick User Setup module.
