Pixel Spread

    Use Pixel Spread to create a stretching effect from image edges delimited by a matte. This can be useful to solve keying problems resulting from dark edges around the area to be keyed, for example.

    You can access the Pixel Spread effect in the following ways:

    • As a Batch node. This node accepts a front, back, and matte clip, as well as a vector map clip (if needed), and outputs a result and output matte clip.
    • As a Modular Keyer node.
    • From the Desktop. Select Flame FX then click Pixel Spread. You can select different combinations of front, matte, back, and vector map clips from the Input Mode box.
